Florida Community Association Manager Continuing Education Requirements
All Florida Community Association Manager licensees must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 20 hours of instruction during each license renewal period. Those licensed in the period of October 1, 2010 and September 30, 2012 do not need any hours of continuing education for the licensee’s first license renewal.
The continuing education requirements are:
- 4 hours of legal update seminars,
- 4 hours of instruction on insurance and financial management,
- 4 hours of instruction on the operation of the community association's physical property,
- 4 hours of instruction on human resources topics.
- 4 hours of additional instruction in courses approved by the council
