Fred Gray

President

Fred is the owner and President of Gray Systems, Inc. Fred has been part of the continuing education industry since the mid 1970's when he started his career as an educator in realty. He became involved in education for Community Association Managers in 1988 and with continuing education for contractors in 1994 - since each of the programs started. Fred is also a licensed general contractor with the state of Florida. When he's not teaching he tries to get in a game of golf with his wife, Suzanne, and a walk with his golden-doodle, Harry.

Ginger Merrill

Customer Service, Meeting Coordinator, CAM Coordinator

Ginger has been a favorite of GSI students for 16 years. Our students recognize her as the Voice of Gray Systems, Inc. She enjoys gardening, walking, and spending time with her husband Tommy and her two dogs, Bubba (made famous on our brochures) and Tazer Rose. She is the pround mom of an Army pilot. Protect Our Troops!

Tom Rogers

Customer Service, Accounting, Materials Management

Tom is literally part of the Gray Systems, Inc. family - he's Fred and Suzanne's son. He's been working for his parents since the beginning of Gray Systems, Inc. When Tom isn't working, you might find him wakeboarding with his two boys or at the dog park with Clifford, his yellow lab.
