board-approved continuing education is required every two years prior to the renewal period. At least 1 hour must be a Florida advanced building code module, 1 hour of laws and rules, 1 hour on the subject of worker’s compensation, 1 hour dealing with workplace safety, and 1 hour of business practices (•BSP).
