This course will provide the manager with tools and knowledge about employees, contractors and volunteers that will enhance the manager’s capabilities in serving the unique needs of the community association, defines each of the sources of service and establishes the relationship of each to the association and includes employment tax issues and contractor tax issues. The course also examines the association’s position with respect to liability issues arising when using any of the three sources of labor to accomplish objectives.
