This course will take the participants through the process of developing strategic plans to accomplish the operational goals of the community association. The course also works through the process of evaluating the needs and goals of an association and provides tools and exercises to use in monitoring the operations of the association. The end result is the development of a system and program for a manager to take away from the course that can be used to enhance the manager’s abilities for strategic planning and put into place processes that will assist management in accomplishing the needs and goals of the association.
