Do not use this option if you are a new student. If you completed your original course more than a year before the date of the course you are signing up for, there is a tuition fee due of $154.50, one-half of the regular tuition.

OVERVIEW:

The course materials have been developed by industry leader Fred Gray, who literally wrote the book for CAMs more than 30 years ago and has been helping thousands attain, and maintain, their license ever since. In the two days of instruction, you will cover the following topics: State and Federal Laws and Governing Documents, Meetings and Procedures of the Association, Budget and Financial Affairs, Insurance, and General Management (human resource management topics, maintenance programs, maintenance contracts, maintenance standards, the rights of the association to restrict owner rights and arbitration of disputes. Also covered are special, statutory provisions related to fire safety, elevators, pools, security guards and pest control.)
