I attended your Orlando CAM Pre-licensure course in April, used the on-line review study and sat for the exam on June 6th. I received my CAM license in the mail yesterday.

Your system works even for those of us who have not taken a test in several decades…….

Thanks for 25 great years!

I am now fully retired and plan on letting my CAM license expire. I want to thank you for bringing to me the wisdom to have a successful 25 year career in property management. It truly was a wonderful experience. With my background in construction, real estate development and management it gave me the background to be a very successful  property manager, and a top earner. A group of attorneys asked me on many occasions to consult with board of directors to help set up new associations, also to help with writing employee hand books along with reserve studies.

Thank you all, and especially Fred, who made me a better association manager.

I’m a CAM NOW!

Hello Mr. Gray:

I just wanted to tell you that I was not fortunate to have used your company for my CAM Course but I did purchase your $99.00 Review/Exam package in October 2015. Just wanted to say that I took my exam this morning as an Administrative Assistant and walked out of the testing center as a Community Association Manager on my first try! Thank you so much!
