Job Description

We are a 12 story, 72 unit riverfront condominium built in 1981 in south Jacksonville searching for an on-site Association Manager. We offer a competitive salary ($50-$70k) based on your experience and skills, health benefits, paid vacation, holidays and PTO, as well as a comfortable working environment on the St. Johns River. Well qualified candidate should have:

• Current State of Florida CAM License
• 5 years experience in site management
• Ability to guide and supervise on site maintenance employees
• Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to clearly communicate with, and guide board members
• Be comfortable reading and explaining financial reports
