Fred Gray is the owner and President of Gray Systems, Inc and is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida. Fred has been part of the Community Association Manager Continuing Education industry in Florida since 1988.

Dear Fred,

I am looking for an additional source of income to supplement my current position. I heard about a certification managers can get that allows them to attend and monitor annual meetings and elections when an association has problems. Can you give me some information on this? What type of certification do I need and how do I register with the State?
