It’s easy to forget the basics, but this questions get right back to it.

Question:  This may seem like a really simple question, but what are the duties I should expect to perform as a community association manager?

Answer:  Community association managers have a wide variety of duties and responsibilities.  According to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, those duties include controlling or disbursing association funds, determining how or when to prepare budgets or other financial documents for an association, determining how or when to provide notice of meetings or to conduct association meetings, maintaining and/or having authorization to spend association petty cash, coordinating maintenance for the residential development and performing other day-to-day services involved with the operation of a community association.  And of course, you’re going to be responsible for the contact between member/owners and the association.  Hope this is helpful.
