CAM Position Job Description-Bryn Mawr Homeowners Association

Part time manager for a homeowners association in Southeast Orlando,

20 hours per week, 5 days a week, up to 5 hours per day.

Will be responsible for:

  • Property inspections related to violations of HOA Covenant
  • Restriction documents’ rules and By-laws
  • Bookkeeping
  • Posting payments
  • Obtaining vendor bids for contracts
  • Must be computer literate
  • QuickBooks and Outlook experience required
  • Accounting background a plus

Starting salary range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

A CAM license is required as well as a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Applicant must also pass a background check prior to employment.

 

** Job is ideal for a retiree or person seeking a part-time position.
