CAM PREL dates:
2020 CAM Prelicensure Schedule
Recently, the State has changed the rule so that you can take GSI’s classroom course or you may take the course via correspondence. Choose a hard copy to be mailed to you or an instant download to your computer, which you may print out and/or study from your monitor. Studying from your monitor also allows you to search.

Prefer to study and research online or through hard copy correspondence?

Visit the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation website at www.myfloridalicense.com. You will need to register there, choosing a username and password, and your social security number. If you have already made that step, go direction to the CAM Application.
PearsonVue, the testing center, offers finger printing.
You can get more information about this at: Test Taker Services.
The state suggests a variety of other locations in their
Community Association Manager Candidate Information Booklet.
When the state has competed the application processing your application, fingerprint check and your GSI Exam Preparation Course certificate, you will be contacted by the testing company, PearsonVUE. You set up your own date and time with PearsonVUE and will be tested at a site of your choice on a computer.
All Course Materials

Our course materials have been deemed “Best in Class” by our students. We published our first CAM Exam Prep Course Manual in 1988, the first in Florida. Since then “THE BOOK for managers and board members” as it has been called, has been constantly updated to reflect current law and trends. Fred Gray, President of GSI, actually wrote the CAM exam for the State. No one knows the material better than we do.

Classroom Courses

If you have chosen to attend one of our classroom courses through Zoom, we will be mailing your classroom manual, exams, and valuable handouts.
