Fred Gray is the owner and President of Gray Systems, Inc and is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida. Fred has been part of the Community Association Manager Continuing Education industry in Florida since 1988.

Central Florida Master Homeowners Association, with over for 4000+ homes and over 40 sub-associations, located in Brevard County, is seeking a full-time General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the Master Homeowners Association. The candidate will have proven leadership and management skills to ensure the community is maintained in accordance with the wishes of the Board of Directors, Covenants and Bylaws of the Association. The candidate must have a minimum of five years experience working in a multi-communities association, prior experience working with community and government leaders, and have strong contracts, financial, and legal background.
