The opening is for a full time on site property.
Experience needed to create and manage healthy and positive relationships with the residents and the Board members.
Property manager will:
- manage and supervise vendors,
- community finances,
- prepare the annual budget,
- have a management plan and meet and exceed the communities expectations.
- MUST have a CAM license.
