Full Job Description

Currently hiring for an LCAM for our New Port Richey office. This is a portfolio position and requires you to visit each individual property to inspect for violations, attend board meetings, etc. This is a small portfolio to start, but will grow over time, which will increase pay.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 1 year as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, using your CAM actively.
  • Strong working knowledge of state laws governing the operation of community associations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with boards, homeowners, vendors and teammates

Support Staff:

  • AR
  • AP
  • Bookkeeping
  • Administrative Assistance.
