Have attended a few of Fred’s classes and they are always very well facilitated and organized. The course content is on point and the additional power point handouts are extremely beneficial. You are given all the tools to successfully pass your state exam. -Oct. 26, 2020

I Highly Recommend

I Would Definitely Recommend

My experience with Gray Systems was great. Concepts were easily explained and the instruction was clear. The course materials helped me to follow along and I liked how we were able to fill in the answers because it allows for you to not only hear the material but also read and write the answers as well. Zoom facilitating the meeting was helpful because we were able to ask questions without interrupting the whole class and everything ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody seeking their community association license. -Oct. 25, 2020

Thank You!

Courtney and Tom  —  and, of course Fred…Thank you very much for all your help in pointing me in the right direction to meet the continuing education requirements necessary to renew my CAM license for the next two years. I followed through with your instructions to pay the $100 fee online and today DBPR sent me a renewal license by e-mail.  What a Country we live in! Even at 79 years of age, you are never too old to learn.  Plus, believe it or not, I actually feel that by being required to read the material, I better understand the updated changes to Sections 718 and 720 of the Florida Statutes.  I don’t earn my living with this license, but I have been licensed since 1988 and have trouble letting go of interesting areas of my life. You proved once again that your office truly cares about people. All the best, and thanks again.
