HOA Board Member Continuing Education Courses
Florida law requires HOA Board Members to complete continuing education based on the size of the association:
For HOAs with fewer than 2,500 parcels:
- Must complete 4 hours of continuing education
- Completing either Course One or Course Two satisfies the requirement
For HOAs with 2,500 or More parcels:
- Must complete 8 hours of continuing education
- Completing both Course One or Course Two satisfies the requirement
